A wine professional, passionate about elevating experiences—with wine. Eric has navigated almost two decades in the hospitality industry, managing in many different atmospheres including country clubs, fine dining establishments, speakeasies, and wine distribution. His love of wine developed while working for Hillstone Restaurant Group where he began his studies to become a Sommelier. From there, he moved into wine sales working for a distributor in Atlanta, where he cultivated relationships with many of the top restaurants in the city. He then returned to the restaurant side of the business working for a local Buckhead favorite as Director of Operations. Eric believes that a great bottle of wine does not need a special occasion, rather it makes any occasion special.
