Creator of ELC SOCIAL, Lauren Chabon, sought to establish an exclusive event and lifestyle brand that expertly curates experiences for the individual that desires cohesive solutions for all of their significant lifecycle moments. For the past 10 years, Lauren has refined her expertise in event production with bespoke events throughout the country while working alongside world-renowned industry professionals. While attending New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts, her dynamic experiences on and off the stage combined with immersive studies while living abroad awakened her senses and appreciation for social settings that blend artistic details with refined style.
Atlanta native, Lauren began her career at one of the city’s top catering and design groups before advancing to a highly specialized, full-service catering company. There she crafted menu concepts and executed events that ranged from micro pairings in private residences to corporate receptions for thousands. Her extensive event design and catering experience led her to expand her talents at a Dallas-based event design company where she became the Director of Sales for their Eastern division. Lauren’s esteemed reputation is a reflection of her ability to design, coordinate and produce a wide scope of events from intimate dinner parties for U.S. Vice Presidents to award-winning weddings for exquisitely humble clients. Some of her most compelling career accomplishments include features in national publications including Southern Bride, Inside Weddings, and Modern Luxury. She is a glowing mom of a beautiful baby girl, Tatum Olivia, and wife to her business partner and resident sommelier, Eric.
